These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bet456 ("bet456", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other features made available at bet456. • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is unlawful or where bet456 has elected not to offer its Services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on bet456. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by bet456 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on bet456 or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. bet456 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by bet456 may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes issued in connection with your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bet456 support immediately. bet456 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials or where you have shared your details with a third party.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never disclose your password or OTP to bet456 support staff — bet456 will never ask for your full password.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your Account settings.
• Notify bet456 immediately if you receive an unexpected OTP or password-reset notification you did not initiate.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bet456 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the platform at the time of the transaction request and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment source. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the verified Account holder.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bet456 Balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally completed within 5–15 minutes once approved.
• bet456 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• bet456 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bet456 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Rewards page and must be read in full before a bonus is claimed.

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• bet456 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible Account termination.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified by the platform's wagering logic.
• bet456 may set maximum bet limits on games played with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding these limits may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on bet456 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific game rule expressly states otherwise.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the bet456 system. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets as displayed within the game interface or market listing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or betting market, bet456 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds or game outcome at the time the bet was placed or the game round was initiated.
• Where a live-dealer game is interrupted due to a connectivity issue on the part of the Player, bet456's server-side records of the game state will be treated as definitive.
• bet456 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market and may withdraw or suspend any title or event without notice.

All RNG-based games on bet456 use independently certified random number generation engines. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available within the game information panels. bet456 does not alter RTP configurations below the values published by game providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet456 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or the manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or from payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for gaming.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet456 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if bet456 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bet456's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• bet456 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• bet456 is not liable for decisions made by Players based on odds, statistics, or game information displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be incorrect due to data feed errors.
• bet456 is not liable for tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable tax laws.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

bet456 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where Account closure is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance held in the Account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of Account closure for breach. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request without any breach, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to satisfactory verification) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email where contact details are held. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the bet456 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

14. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the bet456 platform — including but not limited to a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus, or an Account decision — you should in the first instance contact bet456 support via the email address listed in the footer of this page. bet456 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support process, you may request escalation to bet456's senior management team. bet456 will use its reasonable endeavours to reach a fair and timely resolution. The decision of bet456 on all matters relating to the platform's operation, game outcomes, and bonus calculations shall be final and binding, subject to any overriding rights you may have under applicable law.

15. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bet456 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet456 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
